It's likely more colors will be available in the future from ZuneOriginals when the site makes it itemized while checking out.  What is still left to be seen is if future colors will remain free of charge.  With more speculation, it wouldn't be hard to conclude limited editions could be sold through this site, and the expandability of the Zune platform is not limited to the device and software.  

When looking at the differences between the two menus (Zune 4/8 and Zune 80) - there seems to be available space for more options.  It's apparent there could be one more memory capacity in the flash Zunes and it's probably 16Gb with the news of its existance a while ago, but the HD Zunes seem to have 2 more options?  And spaces in the colors section also seem to indicate more colors could be on their way!

Of course this is all speculation, but what colors/memory capacities would you like to see?  How cool would a Blue 160Gb Zune be?  A limited edition Brown 16Gb Zune?  Let us know...

Sure, it is a little bigger than needs to be, but its there to avoid clutter, and a cramped UI.
