ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME! THEY CANNOT DO THAT! I ORDERED THE NEW ZUNE 80 FROM bestbuy.com ON 11/6 WITH EXPRESS SHIPPING! I STILL HAVEN'T GOT THE CONFIRMATION E-MAIL THAT IT IS BEING SHIPPED! I CAN'T BELIEVE BEST BUY WOULD BE SO SELFISH TO SELL THE ZUNE 80'S INSTEAD OF SHIPPING THEM TO NOW ANGRY CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE BEEN WAITING SO CALMLY AND PATIENTLY! I'M SO PISSED OFF RIGHT NOW BECAUSE OF THIS!

i have a quick question .. if i buy the zune 8 from zuneoriginals.net .. can i also buy any warranty with it too? 'cause it doesnt give me an option .. or maybe i gotta call customer service ? ... does anybody know? thank you

@need some help - with any Zune purchase, Microsoft extends a one year warranty with it. Now retailers may give you an extended warranty, but that's up to the individual retailer. Hope that helps...

fuchsia]I ordered my Zune 80 on buy.com back in January. The site said they were "in-stock". Then, after my accessories order was processed, was notified that the Zune was on backorder!

Here we are about 2 monts late, NO Zue, NO updates from buy.com! I tried writing them, and I keep getting generic form letters from people with middle eastern names, with no commitment information.

I think that the reason my Zune was put on the back burner, was because I got it on sale, down from $249 to $229, then used the google check out, getting the price down to around $200 and free shipping! I swear, they just don;t want to honor orders that they have such slim margins on, but why offer them?!

I may break down and buy one at a retail store for $249 + tax. Not happy, but at least I'll have tunes. Many online sites are saying iPod is better, but living near Microsoft here, I feel like I should have a Zune.
