Firmware 1.3 Released

After being delayed for about a week, firmware version 1.3 had been finally released. Still, no features are added. Just improvements and bug fixes.

Fixed skipping problem that users were experiencing when downloaded from Zune Marketplace
Improved device and software reliablility, when it comes to device detection and improved sync'ing.
Fixed issue when FM tuner drained battery when in sleep mode.
