Rumor has it the Zune 80 may not come only in one color!
While stores will sell only the black, there's evidence that the largest Zune's hue may not be isolated to one drab color.
As we've seen it the past, Microsoft loved the Zune in many colors. Why stop now?

ZuneScene is reporting to have the skinny on some sweet info! Apparently zune.net will offer customizeable Zune 80s starting November 13th complete with different colors and text for engraving! Very Sweet! Now the only thing to consider is should you go for the black Zune in the store or go for a custom Zune but wait? Arrgghh!
Here's the quote from the source from ZuneScene on whether MS is holding something back:
"...but there is something that Microsoft is holding onto releasing information about until Tuesday. They have been keeping this info very secret, as they want to get the "bang" effect when it is announced.
There is going to be an option from the Zune website called "ZUNE ORIGINALS". People who order their zune from Zune.net, will have the added bonus of being able to customize their zune. This will include colour, up to five lines of custom text, and the choice of 25 preset logos that they can have etched into their zune prior to delivery. There will be no added cost, but it is only available through Zune.Net...
...I do believe that Microsoft will go Ape$h%t if this info gets out before V2 release on Tuesday"
I might just have to wait! This is definitely one way to make Zune even more personal or even a collector's item (who knows how long this offer will last!).
