The Power of the Broken Heart [Auto-Delete on Your Zune!!]

Who said a broken heart was bad? I mean sure in relationships, they can suck, but Zune has turned this idea functional! When you fall out of love with a song, it takes but a quick broken heart to remove it from your Zune device for good. It's that easy! Click for more information...

First, go to Settings in the Zune Software, click 'device' and choose the menu 'Sync Options'.

Settings>Device>Sync Options

This screen, you may remember, allows you to choose what gets automatically sunc (or sync'd?) to your Zune.
There's a new option (I don't remember before the 2.5 update) that tells the software to not sync broken hearted items.

Check the box, and everytime you rate a song on the Zune device as a broken heart (simply click the center button when listening to a song for the menu), the very next time you sync it up, it will be removed automatically!

I can't count the number of times I've heard a song from a downloaded playlist and just hated it, and I would completely forget to delete it the next time I was in the Software, but this cool little feature helps tremendously!

Just another cool little wrinkle that makes Zune fun!

This just makes sense if EVERYTHING on you zune is rated with hearts or nothing (rare I think cause mine is full of songs that turned into broken hearts cause of the old 5 stars system) so to use this auto-delete you must look if Every song on your zune is rated correctely

It makes sense to me, if you give a broken heart to a song it means you dont like it, and if you dont like it theres no reason for it to be in your zune.
P.S. The "Broken" in the title of this article is missing the "r" lol. "The Power of the Boken Heart [Auto-Delete on Your Zune!!] "

I hate those stupid hearts

They should have just let the star rating system or atleast give more of an option other than I love the song, I don't love the song or I hate it. They couldn't have broken the heart up into 1/4 or something. I mean seriously, I have at the min 40gb of music. Heart, no Heart and Broken Heart just ain't gonna cut it. They need to rethink that one.

XDD it all depends on the person, I guess. I do wish that they kept that 5 star rating, though. Makes your ratings more detailed. ^^ I don't mind, though.
