sorry, is the 80 out or not? i might just open my unopened z30 just to see the new software. i heard the 80 isnt out til december... please clarify, thanks
How to make the program fullscreen? :O(
Traditional Alt enter doesnt work...
Plus the video scanning bar is soooo short its rubbish...
needs more visualisations than none
Try this if it still doesnt work after restarting the software and computer.
1) Uninstall all zune software on your computer.
2) X out of all programs besides the setup
3) CTRL ALT DLT, and make sure your processors not going haywire with programs.
4) Start the software, and dont touch anything till its completely installed.
5) Try again
Most of the time the problem lies within the install. Just let it load up like usual, and if it still doesnt work, contact me.
Why did it erase all my music? Every time I put a album in and erase it in the collection library next time I plug in the Zune it automatically erases that album. It erased 125 albums soon as I plugged it in. This sucks. Any help?
If you are getting the "cant find watson installer package" this is what you need to do:
1- download the software to your computer (do the save as option)
2- once it is downloaded, right click the file and open file with winzip or winrar...
3- go into packages and click zuneinstaller.msi (the one that doesn't have a language name in it)

Go to settings>device>reserved space, now set that to zero
What may have happened is that your zune was to full and the program realized that you exceeded your 1% reserved space so it had to delete some music to make up for it.
The new zune software is the worst thing i think I have ever used!
Everything is such a hassle.
You can't even click on the albums anymore to change information!
I can't find half my music because it's in some random band folder that the Zune just decided to put it in!
Even if I go into the location folder it says it's right but the Zune just doesn't understand.
It's also screwed up almost half of the album art I have!
Is there anyway just to switch back to the old one?
i cant stand the new software!!! how about some functionality before looks!!! i bought this zune to escape apple and the new software has me wishin for itunes! at least itunes lets me edit my track information. i have two different bands that came in as unknown artist but i cant edit each of them seperately. are u kidding me?!?!? give me the old version of zune. hey microsoft...if it aint broke, dont fix it!!!!

face looks cool but this thing has totally screwed up my music collection. Most of my songs are mislabeled (I click on AudioSlave and Bright Eyes comes up), some songs were turned into 30 demos, and my Windows Media Player can't find or play any of my music.[smiley=sad][/color]
