MS didn't ban them all, they simply do not allow overseas access to their site (maybe so when zunes are released over there, they will not already know) but it's impossible to keep them all out....
I didn't know this was a problem. I'm in south korea at the moment, and can acces the ite fine, although zuneoriginals is denied, but I don't even use it so no bother to me.
This is for if you are trying to register for the Social Forums. The forums should work on any other browser after you have registered using Opera. I don't live outside of the US so I couldn't test it, and I found this on another forum.
