Due to a lack of sufficient information with a number of questions, and to help speed up the process of resolving your issues, the Help Team has come up with a Template of pre-defined topics to help them identify and advise you on your problem! PROBLEM DESCRIPTION ======================= Here is where you as a user will describe your problem in detail. Please be sure to explain everything that happens and write clearly and neatly.
THINGS ATTEMPTED SO FAR =========================== What have you done exactly to maybe fix the issue yourself?
HAVE YOU SEARCHED ONLINE/ZUNEBOARDS TO FIND A SOLUTION? ========================================================== Simple. Have you searched Online or around ZuneBoards to find an answer to your issue?
HAVE YOU RECEIVED ANY ERROR MESSAGES? ======================================== If you have gotten any error messages whatsoever, please label them here.
ATTACHMENTS ==================== Here is where you will put any images of the issue (if any). Also remember to clearly label the images so we know whats going on.
