So in the past day or two, pics began surfacing of the new third generation iPod nano to the disgust and criticsm of many iFanboys.  Our friends at Gizmodo even had their doubts.  That is, until Apple’s legal department came knocking and told them to take down the images since they were “intellectual property” of Apple Inc.  It looks like the images WERE real and now we have the first glimps of the new iPod nano!  It's not known if they are prototypes or the real thing, but they're real none-the-less!  (try not to laugh)
