A little after a one year partnership between Microsoft and MTV, who teamed up to bring us Urge.com to Windows Media Player 11, the two are going their own separate ways.

MTV is to announce in a press conference today that they will be merging with RealNetworks’ Rhapsody music service and closing Urge.com. 

We all shall see…

Will they be able to keep the ZM even though MTV is going to Real? I love the idea of having the ZM built into Windows Media Player 11 because that's my default player on my computer.
