Default Holy mother of Mercy, I have no idea whats going on...

So, I dl'd a couple videos from you fine gents (Robin Williams Golf, How to Behave on a Forum) and they play just dandy in the Zune program. However, when I go to sync them, I receive a delightful message of error, saying:

"Can't play because file is corrupt or invalid. Try downloading or ripping the item again"

Error Code C00D002F

Anyone else have this issue? Any tips? or are the videos just broken?

Zune 30 by the way.

Thanks!

Do you think it has anything to with the type of file uploaded? I uploaded that robin williams video he's talking about. I first used a software (VideoGet) to download it from Youtube and convert it to .wmv. Then I uploaded the .wmv file.

I've also tried uploading a .flv but I find that most of the videos I uploaded can't be downloaded succesfully. Of the 11 or so videos I've uploaded I only have managed to get 2 on my zune.

I gotta say this is probably the biggest problem I have with the Zune. I love my zune to death but the conversions are a pain. I hate the fact that I can't just get a video podcast and port it over right away.

Try converting the video using zune format first:
using tubehunter
also, make sure you downloaded the zune software updates
another thing to try: re-download zune software
for tubehunter go to http://www.zuneboards.com/forums/zun...-its-free.html
read the article (its quick/ then go to the website, post something if you like!)
I Hope This Helps!

Default convert

If you can just change the format to like WMV because those run pretty much the best on the Zune and they will run on a zune.

I have already suggested the correct settings to LPX. He's busy right now so he can't fix it.
