Is this the Charlie the Unicorn Video? Did you try other videos, it seems Charlie may be corrupt or something

There are quite a few that I have this problem for. Of the ones I've downloaded (10 or so) I'd say on 4 or 5 succesfully sync to my Zune.

Yeah, none of the Southpark videos or Group-X videos sync and/or convert.

Even though they're already .wmvs... odd.

All incorrectly formatted wmv8's.

Don't we want wmv9+?

Yeah, I have the same problem. I downloaded a South Park clip and the Charlie the Unicorn video today and it wouldn't sync.

So does that mean that the converter incorrectly converts some videos with the WMV8 codecs, not 9 (or higher)?

Zune can't display wmv9+. Also, I have never heard of such format called wmv9+.

The only possible reason why the site admin chose wmv8 codec is because wmv8 codec takes less processing power to encode. I believe the server has more than enough storage space to host inefficient wmv8 encoded video.

Nvm wmv9+ is a custom codec I got with my DivX Package.
