If Its Allowed On Youtube?

Is it allowed on ZuneTV seeing as YouTube also keeps tight grip on copyrighted videos is anything thats on YouTube allowed on ZuneTV? I ask because I have the Ford GT Top Gear scenes from YouTube that have been on YouTube for awhile without any copyright problems. Is it alright for me to upload them? Also how about Music Videos such as Metallica and so on that are featured on YouTube?
