How do I earn $zB's?
-Continue to post and be a member of our forum! Make threads, reply, and be a part of our active community. For every post made, you will receive ONE (1) $zB.

I purchased something, now what? What do I do?
-Nothing, I will contact you. I will also ask for your full name and full address. You will be taken to a 404 (non-existing, error page) because of a bug we are trying to fix. Don't worry, I most likely received your order, expect a PM shortly.

How long does shipping take?
-We try to ship out once every week, so 2-5 weeks at most. There may be weeks when I will not have time, or I will be out of town and not able to ship the items. If this is to happen, I will announce it and ship as soon as I am available.

It's been over 5 weeks, where's my product?!
-Kindly, PM me.

Are my old posts counted towards my $zB?
-No, only the new ones after Monday, 28 January 2008

When will this expire?
-We will continue offering the zunecentive as long as it is not abused and our sponserships continue to support us.

If I get a zune 80, can I still earn the other prizes?
-No, if you actually earn enough for a zune 80, that is all you will earn.

Where is my $zB count located?
-Directly under your post count on any of your posts. Make sure you are using the "ZB 2008" design.

Can I pay for one of the prizes with real money?
-You can buy them directly from our sponsors, ZuneOne and DecalGirl.

How does the "Donate" feature work?
-If another member posts something you feel merits reward, you may donate some of your own $zB to that person. Please note that the donations will be monitored to make sure that it is not being abused.

What systems are in place to prevent cheaters?
-We have a software that checks for multiple accounts and staff checks the validity of all $zB.

What if zB is out of what I want?
-Sorry, zCentive is a first come, first serve program. There's no guarantee items will be restocked.

Do I need a Credit Card or PayPal?
-No you do not. You will need to supply me with your full name and address.

How do I know ZuneBoards is not trying to scam me?
-We've been one of the leading Zune sites since Summer of 2006. We would not risk our reputation for a few posts.

Where can I view larger images of the products offered?
- By visiting our sponsors at www.zuneone.net and www.decalgirl.com

Do you ship internationally?
-No, we only ship to the 48 continental states of America.

Why can't you ship internationally?
-Shipping internationally costs more, and problems may arise with customs.

Okay, I've earned enough for a Zune! I'd like laser engravings from ZuneOriginals, is that possible?
-First off, congratulations on the milestone. And yes, you will be able to. Contact me to work something out.

Can I redeem more than one accessory?
-Yes you may! But, please limit only 1 accessories per month. (Sorry staff, you are limited to only ONE order)

Can I have a contest to give away my ZuneBux?
-All contests must have the approval of an administrator or global moderator.

Can I sell something for ZuneBux, give away my ZuneBux, or beg for Zunebux?
-No, Begging, Giveaways, and selling products for $zB is not allowed and will result in an infraction and a fine of no less than 10 $zB plus any $zB gained from the offense. Punishments for not complying with these rules will increase with repeated offenses. Transactions more than 10 $zB require approval from an administrator or global moderator.

So does this mean that if you are a regular forum user and just somehow magically get 5,000 zB and buy a Zune 80, then you can never buy anything else?

I've noticed that alot of my posts aren't getting the zBucks, why is that? You can check my posts and see that I don't do the smilie posts only, i'm always responding to the subject and not with a short reply either. Can that be fixed?

this is probably one of the greatest ideas to have in a forum on earth but shame that you guys will ship internationally...oh well, i will keep trying to post as much as i can incase that international ships does happen.
