Well, I just got a rep, but it wasn't + or -, it was just rep. The filename of the little button-y thing says reputation_balance.gif, which had no effect on my rep at all. Anyone ever seen this, or have any idea what it is?
The image might be messed up, but it not changing your rep. count is probably because the person has less than, I think, fifty posts.
