I suggest the Leather Case Made by MS for the zune. I had one and I loved it!

I got this for my Zune 80, hasn't been replaced or damaged since putting it on, so I think it is good. Little easier to mess with then the Belkin that is on my Zune 30, but the Belkin has been on the Zune 30 since about the time I got it (Jan/Feb 2007).

I would check amazon. I found all of my accessories, charge packs, and cases on there for a lot less than what MSFT wanted.
