This is the response i got from them. I still haven't sent the zune that they gave me by mistake. Im shipping it out to them on tuesday. So I will get my money back for sure. But all they want to give me as compensation is 1 month of zune pass. Thing is i wont really use it because I wont have a zune anymore.

I'm surprised at how bad their customer service is. One month free Zune Pass? That's it? Anyone can get a 14 day free trial, so this is effectively no compensation at all. And not one human being called you? That's pitiful.

I wouldn't blame you if you never purchased a Zune device ever again. As a matter of fact, I'd write / e-mail their corporate offices and tell them exactly that. This is not the way a company with less than 20% market share does business.

Thanks for all the support you guys.
I filed a complaint to the BBB already.
I'm getting to the writing the email too.
I have been a bit busy lately so i haven't had time to get on here.
