And like those before me have said, nobody knew what a "Zune" was after Christmas, but now it's like they're emerging from the shadows

my friend mercede always asked me why I never brought it into school. and it was sort of a family chain for me. my brother bought one, i bought one, then two of my cousins got them. their dad got an ipod video at the same time, haha. i wonder if it was a sort of competitive thing.

at school about only 1 tenth of the people know what a zune is. as for others they would ask "what is that?" and i would say it's a zune. then they would look like i'm crazy or something, make a name up. then when i say it's a type of mp3 player they all understand.

I was on a train to New York and I saw these guys that looked kind of scary in the back of the car. They saw that I had my Zune with me and asked if I wanted to trade songs so for the rest of the ride we just hung around playing with our Zunes. Sadly, I only know about 5 people that have Zunes.

I've seen two new people within a week with Zunes. I've yet to see a Zune 80 other than mine, but one of my friends says that she knows of at least two other people in our school with one. One of the people I saw had hers on and had a Zune 30 (blue/black), but had her wireless off. The other person had her wireless on and had a pink flash Zune. Her Zune was named "harlemgirl". I thought that was ironic since I live in Ga, but I'm assuming that's where she's from.

I haven't seen anyone with a Zune so far. Then again, I go to a prep school in Florida. Not just any prep school, but pretty much the most stuck-up of them all, so everyone just has Ipods. Mostly out of ignorance. But also because of an intense need to conform and be accepted.

when i 1st got my 30 gig zune about a year or so ago i used to spot people on the train and bus stop with them. suprisingly a good amount of females . i say surprisingly because of the size most females want a small mp3 plaer like a nano . needless to say it was a good ice breaker/ convo starter when a attractive female pulled out her zune and i oulled out mine. lets just say song sharing led to sharing of other things later on. lol nowadays i see a few people with 80 gig zunes. but the 30's seem to be a endangered species

I found someone new with a Zune today

! We're doing graduation exams and when we're done we just listen to music and sleep while other finish. Anyway, I saw her black/blue Zune and we traded music! It's pretty cool simply because it happens so rarely for me.
