Launch Zunes

I bought a launch zune 80 and slowly it has been getting worse and worse. First, my hold button started not to work. Now my play button doesn't work. I had none these problems from my zune 30. I am the only one to have problems with my launch zune 80?
(I asked for a repair and should be getting a box soon so don't mention that.)

Bought my 80gb zune on launch day and have yet to have any issues at all. Just love the zune, replaced my 5th gen iPod because I kept having issues with that iPod and iTunes.

Yeah, I got my Zune in March, no problems at all.
I have 3 friends that got theirs on launch and they haven't had any problems.
