I recently had to send my xbox 360 in for repair(RRoD) and my Zune. When I sent my 360 I always got emails regarding the 360's status. With Zune, I receive absolutely no emails. So I have no idea what's happening with my zune. I registered my device a while ago and ever since I sent it in for repair, the registered device was removed, I re-registered and it was removed again, and now it won't even let me register it again. I called customer support and they couldn't tell me anything or do anything about it. My only guess is they replaced it, but shouldn't it appear on my account and shouldn't they have at least told me? I have no idea what's going on with my zune. The xbox on the other hand was nice and quick, no problems at all. I didn't think it would actually be this annoying to deal with them.

I know that microsoft is trying to improve their customer service because there have been many complaints just like this regarding the zune. Thank god i never had to deal with them thus far...i wish you well and hopefully they will clear things up with you.
