A sad story (with a happy ending).

I had an iRiver H320. I loved her and she, in return, love me. Then the other week some f**ker stole my bag and with it my beloved iRiver.

Now, I could've replaced her from eBay but the H320 is a little old these days and I wanted to ease the pain of my loss with something new and shiny.

I've gotta admit I considered the Creative Zen (portait style, flash-based) and it was an interesting proposition (esp. with drag and drop) but it couldn't compete with the 80gb Zune for storage, felt a little cheap and (as I'm in the UK) doesn't have the exclusivity of a Zune.

So last night I won a US eBay auction for a black 80gb Zune.

I'm VERY excited!

I'm sure you'll love your Zune more then any other MP3 player you could ever find.

make sure you put some games on it when you get it, my zune was glued to my hand before the games now i sleep with it (my boyfriend is jealous, but he has one too so i dont see why...), enjoy your zune!!!

i also had a iRiver H320, mine died on me. i was also devastated, i feel ya man... but trust me the second you get your hands on your z80 you'll forget all about old what's her name!

I also used to have an old iriver it was a thing of beauty and before long we were deeply in love. But love doesn't last long does it? WELL NOT WHEN YOUR STUPID LITTLE BROTHER IS STANDING BY WAITING TO 'TEST IT OUT' BEHIND YOUR ******* BACK! *ahemahem* So before long my birthday came and with the empty space came the need to fill it. And what should be the first item on the K-mart catalog but... A 30gig Zune. The story of my life ladies and gents.
