You'll hear stories like this about all mp3 players. It just seems that some come out of the box faulty. Just gotta pray yours isn't one! Although to be honest, it is a very small minority.

well as long as everything worked out in the end thats great, though so many people have had problems with the zune 80 and i got mine soon after they came out and mine has had no problems at all and still works perfectly fine
