Default How tough is your Zune?

Hello everybody!

Good news everyone, my Zune is the toughest MP3 player on the market. I've dropped it (that killed my RCA Lyra), sat on it, stepped on it (that's what broke my dad's ipod) and last but not least, it fell into the kitchen sink while I was washing dishes, completely underwater. After all that, nothing is wrong. It works like the day I bought it (the software is a hassle, but I love podcasts, so what are ya gonna do?). What have you done to your Zune, did it survive?

I dropped it at the gym pretty hard on a metal bar... no scratches at all. Love it

I had that rca lyra as well dropped it down the stairs and from then on I had to use a rubberband to keep the battery in. My zune seems indestructable

My Zune seems indestrubable as well.....I haven't done anything amazingly bad to it.....A drop to the concrete that had no effect is all!

Mine is so tough that it had a stare down contest with Chuck Norris and won.

Mine broke by itself with the headphone jack a while back, but I've dropped it a lot and nothing bad happens.

Can't say that about iPod now huh?

I dropped mine outside on the sidewalk/road once. No scratches that I know of and works fine. I'd say its pretty tough.

I left mine out in the snow overnight on accident and it still works perfectly. Not even any LCD dammage!

I put my zune 80 in my pocket. The glass over the screen cracked. I read that many people have had similar experiences, which makes me wonder why M$ does not cover this part of the zune.

OHHH!! First BIG drop ever! and I have to admit, my Zune is as good as new, except for the fact that now it freezes.

I stuck my 5th generation iPod into my backpack in a small zipped pouch. After a few hours, I took it out and the liquid from the screen completely made it unusable.

With the Zune I've dropped it many many times and used it in pouring rain and its still fully functional. Both devices, however, get scratched way too much (especially the screen).
