My Firts Zune (bad experience)

i just buy a Zune80 for Vacations really excited waiting for it untill it arrived...
omg my bad luck is incredible! i conect it to my pc, update firmware and
WTF... contact support screen...
i read on the internet how to solve this so i did everything i was told and i solve it... i sync it with 70Gb of music and it get stucked... i reset it and... yes... contact support screen again so i restore firmware again and gues what.. yes... contact support screen so i restore it again but this time was different... please wait screen stuck untill battery whent off i re install firmware and i sync it with some music videos and in the car it get stucked again... and a please wait screen that is there untill now... i have to wait to the battery to drain for restoring my zune80 again...
i dont know how i cant solve this if it is just a firmware... i dont think that hardware could do this

i will have to wait to July to send it to support b/c im on vacations with my bad zune 80. just showing off with a black screen on it.

Can't you mail it from where you are? It looks like a hardware problem to me.

Until July! Thats a long vacation!

Try waiting for the battery to die, and then doing a hard reset.

i have done that like 2 times, now i get a 2.3 firmware from a friend if not i will try 2.2 but i cant find it... if not i will have to wait till July...

this is killing me... i just wait the battery to drain and i charge it
when the screen whent back i reset my zune and again the please wait screeen :S

Now THAT sucks. May God be with you my friend, for no man should have to suffer this tragedy with an MP3 player.

And damn, you listen to a lot of music. I have 204 songs on my MP3 player, and a couple of short videos.

I could've gone with a Zune 4 lol. But they didn't have them when I brought my Zune 30.
