Zune, Tested Tough!

lol wow, i thought zune was a delicate equiptment until i read this. i dropped my zune once from about 5 feet off the ground. i nearly had a heart attack when i dropped it! cause it was only 2 weeks after i bought it and i didnt wanted to break it. but now reading all this i think i'd be less jumpy when my zune drops >.<

My Zune 30 was always fine, but I can't say the same for my Zune 80. After four months of owning it, I took it out of my pocket to see that the glass covering the screen was completely cracked. I tried call M$ customer support, they told me breaking the screen voids the warranty and that they do not replace that part of the zune any. Made me thoroughly unhappy as I had always liked the zune, especially the zune 80.
