Listening To Music On Zune Through Xbox Bad?

I was playing some Halo 3 while listenin to my zune through the tv while plugged into the xbox and my bro walked in tellin me doing this would break the zune and xbox? true or not?

I do it all the time... its easier if you just have a router and have your computer turned on. If you have your zune plugged into your 360 I tend to get an error screen with certain music and/or it plays only some of the songs. If you have your 360 hooked up through a router its easier just to play and navigate plus it goes a lot smoother than normal. I personally like to just hook up my zune to my 4.1 surround sound system in my dorm room because then I don't get the game noise that usually overpowers the music.
