oh i have a question,what size do i need to have pics for it to fit on the zune good and not cut out anything?

i believe its 320x240 pixels.

i like to make mine 640x480 if possible cause i like the higher definition

Since the screen is 320x240 it makes no difference to quality if you have images as 320x240 or at 640x480. The screen can't display the extra pixels so it just downscales the images to 320x240. All making the resolution of the images bigger does is increases the size and quality on a monitor. Not on the Zune screen.

it didn't line up right with the menu... like I wanted it to. and I don't like the way I blended the top and the middle... but I still use it.
