[SOLVED] Anybody having problems signing in?

When I open up the Zune software (still the previous version) it doesn't sign in automatically and gives me a message that says "TOS updated, click TOS to view them in a web browser and accept them then return to this page to sign in." I click on the TOS button and it takes me to the page but it says "page not available" so I can't accept the new TOS and sign in.

Anyone else having this issue?

Update the software first, that's what worked for me.

That's what I was trying to do, update the software but the TOS page wasn't available so I couldn't agree to them and sign in.

Now that I found another way to update the software, i'm signed in.
