Meh; a Marketplace does not a Zune Marketplace make. My suspicion is that it is as the actual article puts forth: a mobile app marketplace, such as the one that the iPhone or iPod Touch has. There's nothing to lend credence to the theory that it has anything to do with the Zune, not without corroborating evidence.

I have a feeling that this is the time that Zune moves to WinMo.
I just have a feeling.

I'm thinking it's actually a WinMo Marketplace (actually, that's what the error code says to the right of the image...) , however, I do believe Zune on WinMo phones are not that far off...
