We laugh but it does have two really good featues -

Copy and paste files. No itunes or Zune software to deal with. The Zune software isn't bad I just the miss the ease of moving files on and off my old Sansa (you could even use it as a flash drive for data files).

Owner replaceable battery. Eventually your battery's going to take a dump. The prospect of sending it back to MS or a third party and waiting weeks doesn't sound like much fun. An easily replaceable battery is a very nice feature if you plan on keeping your device for awhile.

Why did it have to use that lame Ipod wheel setup? Coppied the wrong parts from each MP3 player.

Give me Ipod's supposidly sexier body, Zune's better pad/controls, Zune's superior feature set (+replaceable battery but -WiFi), and copy-paste files support on top of a cheap Chinese knockoff price I just might buy one even if I already own an excellent MP3 player.

(Personall I <3 GOW Zune's looks better than any Ipod)

I heard the old manufacturer of Ipods (contracted by apple) is making those units. Apple is just a marketing company - they don't make anything themselves.

And I LOVE the chinese software on most of their components. No region codes, no restrictions, no BS... Gotta hand it to the chinese, a lot of their stuff is cheap and flexible... Might break in 30 days though LOL

Still doesn't beat my Zune 120GB though
