Default Would you return your zune if...

Let me rephrase that. "Would you send your zune into Microsoft for a replacement if.."

The left side of the directional pad is functional but does not have the same feel as the other buttons and clicks slightly differently?

I might be being OCD, but I payed like $250 for this thing!

Well if there is nothing significantly wrong with it, I doubt MS will give you a replacement.

Actually Microsoft already agreed to replace it if I want to send it in.

My guess is that they'll be happy to take it in. It's such a simple fix, if they fix it at all, when they hand it back out to someone else as a refurb. You probably won't get the same Zune back.

I recently returned the 120 I received for Christmas after I'd used it for almost a month. It had three or four stuck pixels. I tried to live with it but found myself focusing on the stuck pixels. Why should you have to settle after paying a premium price? The 120 I exchanged my old one for is perfect. Not a single stuck pixel or other problem anywhere.
