How do I put anime on zune?

How do I put anime on zune? With subs already in the file

You'll need to find it in a format with subs built into video instead of merely a part of the file (like .mkv) or completely separate from the file. Usually MP4's will have this, and they're Zune ready to boot. As to converting .mkv's to retain their subs, I haven't a clue.
