ummm quick question ....is it possible for the zune to freeze in the winter ....cuz the back is metal so it getS cold easily ...even inmy pocket so can it? I LIVE IN new york

Yes, you can damage the screen if if gets very cold. Keep it in your pocket and it should be fine. I don't know at exactly what temp. LCD screens freeze at, but if you're worried I'm sure the info exists on the internet, which is why God made Google.

Yeah, I've been worried about that too (I'm in Minnesota, much colder)

I just leave it in my sweatshirt pocket, put my jacket on top, and it's nice and toasty. I am too :3

I live in Alberta Canada. Currently minus 20 degress celcius. I have only been walking around with my zune in my pocket and things have been working completely fine so you shouldn't have to worry to much.

I just took my Zune snowboarding (in VERMONT) and it was like 2 degrees out and my zune started up just fine. I DONT THINK YOU HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT NY!
