Default Zune Pass in the UK

Hey everyone

I'm living in the UK and while I can buy prepaid zune points cards on-line, I can't buy zune pass cards

So, how do I use Zunepass without a creditcard? Anyone have any ideas?
I only have two:

1. I pay $45 plus $10 to a generous American zuneboards user, who then logs in to my account and pays for the subscription. I'm assuming this would be safe because credit card details aren't stored.

2. I pay another generous zuneboards user (there are so many!) to visit their local walmart/best buy and buy me a 3 month prepaid card, but I hear these are hard to find.

Anyone have any other ideas? I know there are a lot of UK users so a solution would be killer.

Gracias!

Another solution would be to make you an e-mail address from inside the US. I'm not sure exactly how that works though. I doubt anyone's going to necessarily pay for your pass, but someone might share or something. I don't have any immediate plans to get one.

I used one of the workarounds on the forum to get myself a username, and if anyone wants to buy zune points I can direct them to a website which accepts paypal and e-mails you the code. It's the pass which troubles me!

I wouldn't expect anyone to pay for my subscription, they'd be paid in full plus $10! But I can see your point about sharing a subscription, if there's an American Zuner not using the Pass I could pay them to add me to their subscription?

I understand that there are copyright issues, but UK users should not be left out from Zune Pass awesomeness, there has to be a way to beat the system! Tycho at Penny Arcade said it best: " I don't know why people ever, ever try to stop nerds from doing things. It's really the most incredible waste of time."

Keep the ideas coming!

try asking your friends that live in US to buy you one? Zune's aren't sold in UK isn't it?

Jumpin Jiminy, you got PM!

I could ask my friends to buy it, but most of them are busy and I don't wanna hassle them for a favour. At least this way I know someone's paid for their efforts and my conscience is clean.

Google and download Ultra Reach or Ultra Surf.
Extract and run the program then point your browser to www.zuneoriginals.net

Get the pre-paid cards there and arrange with someone in the USA that can send the code or at least the card to your country.

Remember to get a Windows Live ID with country set in the USA.

Hope you understand this guide much better:
