Exclamation Wait and See

I am experiencing problems with my Zune due to the 3.0 update, and I know a lot of y'all are too.
In case y'all are wondering why this is happening, 3.0 is more like a testing phase, you may need to wait till the 3.1 update for the glitches to go away.
That's how most updates are, #.0's are usually the testing phases, then they try to fix the glitches in the #.1,2,3's and so on.
So just wait for the update and you Zune should be back to normal. Might not be completely fixed on 3.1 though, maybe 3.2 or 3.3.
But it will slowly get better.
Just hold through.
Posted this explaination so everyone could know why their Zunes are messing up from the 3.0 update.

Since the 3.0 update, most zune owners are experiencing bugs.
Such as their zunes freezing, music going superfast, and time messing up.
It can be fixed temporarly with a hard reset. But it still comes back over time. These are the main bugs.

By the way, if your are experiencing problems, you should send a message to a zune technical support person, relaying what's wrong with your Zune.
If you want it to be fixed by the next update, they need to know everything that is wrong with your Zune since the update.

I totally agree this build is a bit unstable and there's bound to be an update soon to shore up some of the reported bugs. Can anyone remember Zune 1.0? The dang device would suck down power even when turned off if you had used the radio. The music would skip.... then there were progressive updates to stabilized the firmware.

I really think that's what's gonna happen with Zune 3.0. I wouldn't be surprised if we see an update coming before year's end...

Far more informative and helpful post than this "deal with it until they fix it in upcoming updates" thread we have here

Oh dear.

The effects of a hard reset are permenant, however it won't fix all problems all the time.

Only when the update/fix comes out will problems be addressed and readdressed. It's a pain.

The only problem I've had with 3.0 is with wireless syncing. Most of the time it tells me to disconnect the sync cable even when the cable hasn't been connected for days it and won't let me do it wirelessly until I do a hard reset. Also the wireless syncing seems to take considerably longer now than when I was using 2.5.
