When you hear about a ZunePhone, do you think of this?

I certainly do. If there ever is a ZunePhone, I hope Microsoft doesn't make it a 'touch' only device like the iPhone. Whatever Steve Jobs says there are still a lot of people who would like a real keypad as well as a touch screen and still look just as good.

The HTC diamond also makes Windows Mobile 6.1 look great which is a real achievment in itself.

It looks like that's what HTC really had in mind since Windows Mobile 7 was supposed to be out by early next year (which would have had Zune in it, and have been released right around the release of the HTC Touch HD). But now with WM7 being pushed back to late next year, there may be other devices at that time and we'll see about that...

Actually, if you think about it, any phone with WM7 will be the 'ZunePhone'

pricing on this is too expensive

but if i was thinking about t he zunephone.. i wouldn't think of HTC at all.. lol i rather think of apple.. since if "microsoft" actually did make a "zunephone" it is a huge copy off of "apple iPhone" in my opinion.

I think microsoft will somehow influence the smartphone developers (i don't know how that stuff works, but somehow) to make a very cheap, sleek sexy phone, with WM7 and zune functionality. I just wonder how the zune device itself will stand in microsoft's future...
