Does the Zune Have a Bug?

My Zune 30 freezes several times I day which is annoying when I switch tracks while playing another.. I can't wait for a fix!

I am getting freezing and play counter issues... either it is always at 0:00 or it is automatically "finished". I have noticed that the touch pad is somewhat more sensitive as well.
