Zune -Hardware- wishlist

There has been a feature wishlist for a while now. This is NOT the same wishlist. This is for anything that you wish would be part of any future hardware releases. not software.

anyway, I have 2 things. I think the touchpad is fine, but I really wish that using as a d-pad didnt require touch. Like, if you have gloves on, it wont work! the old d pad does, because it is completely independent from touch. I also wish you could use the touch to click, and, although this is software related, the fast scrolling needs to be more like the ipod navigation. I have long list of music, and having the letter I am currently in on the side is useful, but, lets say I want to find a song that starts with V, I'll have to scroll for ages. Then I come to s, going full speed: q..r.s.................t.........uvwxyz! Then I have to scroll up a bit. Kind of frustrating. One more thing is the screen. i have an 80, and I love how big the screen is, but I really think it needs to be higher resolution. And have a more plentiful color palette. When you compare it to, lets say, an ipod, the Ipod, i think, looks much more vibrant. Still love the zune though. how about you guys?

sorry dude. Alright, not ipod, just, when you start going really fast through lists, it needs to show the alphabet, and a simple up down with scroll or the d pad will change the letter. Lets all try to be objective, okay?

Personally, I would love to see some kind of bluetooth integration for wireless headphones.

instead of scrolling down through all your songs, you could just click up and youll be at the bottom of the list. then you just need to scroll up a bit

but I just think that having at least a different option for scrolling fast would be nice. I also wish there was a customizable UI. I could get rid of a few screens I don't need, namely the annoying screen when you click on a song. It might be just me, but I hardly ever used quicklist, now "now playing," and I have never shared songs in at least a year. besides, you have that option while playing. I just wanna play the song I clicked on!

Perhaps A voice recorder.

Never going to happen but a FM transmitter.

Better WIFI range
Better Radio reception.
(Even if it makes the zune bigger)
