Zune 120 Come with Z3 firmware?

I ordered a Zune120 from newegg last friday, coming on thursday (yeah, really long for some reason), will it have the v3 firmware already? Or will i have to install it?

It may or not. If it doesn't, do yourself a favor and wipe the 2.5 firmware from it first, it'll save you upgrade woes.

I bought tha Zune 120. They do not come with the firmware 3.0... but new zunes have required you to plug in the device to set it up ever since v2.0...

Yeah, my brother's 120 didn't come with the 3.0 firmware either...

You have to download it from the Zune.net site.

Zune.net | Download Zune Software

Make sure you sign up for the Zune Social!

Easy. Just plug in your Zune, start up Zune software and follow the on screen instructions.
