mmm I'd say it's a 9. I kinda liked the old one. I almost threw a fit when I couldn't find how to get to the forums (BTW - you have to go click 'support' to get to them...whereas before it was part of the social). I also liked the moving graphics from the old one and how you would simply float your mouse over the links and drop down menus would appear. There was a lot more interactivity in there, whereas this one seems to have more static images (not moving). I do like how they've gone more basic in colors and design. I do think it ranks pretty up there in terms of design altogether, but the old one was a 10 for me.
