Default Screen Internal Damage

I bought a Zune for my son last year for his birthday, a month later it got some internal damage, the screen has like an internal crack or the liquid spilled inside. I called support and they can't fix it, neither can they replace it because according to them is not cover, so I thought this was a waist. Never had this issue before with apple. My daughter has the ipod and the same thing happened it was replaced immediately @ not cost. It’s been a while since my son’s Zune is broken internally, he can’t enjoy viewing video or search his music. He can only listen to the music it has been like that for a while now. I don’t like the guaranty that this product has, because it basically covers nothing. My son’s birthday is coming up again and he wants a new Zune, I honestly don’t feel like this is the best option. I will like to know if anyone has experience the same issue.

You could get a replacement screen and replace it yourself, or you could send it in to a repair place and get it repaired.

Or get a replacement but get a hard plastic case for it so it won't happen again. Its just as easy to break/damage any other devices screen, expecially when its an active kid using it (I would know, I used to be one and I couldnt tell you how many thinks broke in my pocket because I got checked at basketball or street hockey) x_X.

humm that's an idea, where can I get a replacement. The zune is not broken on the top, but something internal is broken on the screen preventing visibility.

Exactly. Zunes are fairly sturdy so it's probably pretty hard to inflict the damage described.
