Zune Return

Ok, I am planning on returning my Zune and having it replaced. I could barely understand the Indian person on customer service phonelines, so I am curious. Does MS send you a box to ship it to them? If yes, is it a prepaid postage box or do I have to pay for the shipping?

It's prepaid. takes 3-5 days to get it, but w hen you send it back it's overnight.
