How many people have had their zune screens crack?

So did your zune screen crack? Post a picture here or describe it!
Also, post on how people can reduce screen cracking!
One suggestion right now:
Buy a plastic case to fit over the zune and the screen itself!
I have one, because my last zune screen cracked

I have heard that ipod screens are a lot more flimsy than the zune screens. but yah, it probably is wise to get a hard shell case for 'em.

My zune cracked, I wouldn't recomend the silicon case, I had that case
and my zune cracked in that case!

my zune screen is really scratched.
So much for scratch resistant plastic.
I wish I had gotten a case for mine earlier.

if you still plan on getting a case, get the plasic one that overlaps the screen!
Thats what i have now! it protects the whole zune against scratching and breaking!

my zune 30 got a tiny scratch in the top left corner, but then I got case with the plastic over the screen, its been fine since.

I got out of my car on time not realizing that my zune was on my lap and had fallen and i actually stepped on the zune while it was face up and the screen didnt crack but the back got all scratched up.

but you know the 80gb zune can take a beatting
i got made one day for several reasons
and i threw it up in the air, then kicked it midair, down a flight of stairs
it crashed into the last steps
all that it got was a little scratch on the edge
thats the zune i own right now^_^

thats zune abuse .....someone should call microsoft..lol......

my 4gb zune doesnt have any scratches

but dust or dirt is starting to get into outline of the screen for some reason and some finger print marks on the screen

I don't understand how people can get their Zune's scratched

I used to work in a garden centre doing a lot of lifting and dirty work like lugging huge vats of compost and pebbles around. I always used to keep my Zune in my right hand pocket with my earphones threaded under my shirt. There was always things colliding with pockets and hitting in to the Zune (I'm not very tall, so lifting some stuff with my knees involves using my thighs to help push it up) and yet my Zune doesn't have a single scratch on the front or back!

I've only got 2 explanations for this. Either

The white Zune 30 has a plastic case around it (It looks like it does to me)
I always kept my screen facing in to my leg so as it avoid scratching it

Does the Zune 30 have a plastic case around it? Or am I just being weird?

The only issue I have with my screen is the finger prints on it!

My Zune 80 has only one scratch on the screen, none on the back or the buttons. Although the pad started f*cking up really bad just a month or two after I got it(back in November). I've only dropped it like, once or twice and neither one put a mark on it.

I'm OCD with the screen so I'm really protective of it, especially when I don't have a case for it (the small 4GB one). I'm always hiding it somewhere so that even dust can't get on it XDD

Hopefully mine won't break ^^

My screen is fine, but I have some dents on it from when it fell out of my pocket onto the parking lot. >.<
