I have been using this program for a while now! It is called tubehunter! Its great converting videos to zune format or any other format! Also, the videos look great on zune and your computer! Also, this program can also convert videos to any format also, including zune format! And it can even grab videos off of the internet that you like! All the settings are changeable too!
