File folders & locations

O.K. people - help me here.

I like to be able to edit album art in WMP, then have it show up on the zune, but anytime I make a change in my WMP library (remove cd's, etc..), it changes it on the zune. I've got the zune software on my computer & it has it's own music folder with all my songs in it. I hate having to have all my music on my laptop twice (once for WMP, once for Zune)

the main question is - How can I eliminate one set of the music or at least make it so the zune software does not look for music under the WMP folder?
