It was supposedly 249 at Circuit City, but it had tax and made the price be 269... but I ended up paying 300 since I leave outside the USA and had to make a friend buy it and fedex it to me. It was worth it though!

I got mine for about $180. Bought it at circuit city, payed for $100 by myself and made my dad cough up the rest as a B-day present ^_^. I just stared at it for the longest of time....after i wrested it out of the package. Man, it took me forever to figure that thing out.

Got my new 30Gb Brownie for $80 when CompUSA stores were closing down (liquidation sale, $250 was original price). I also got a load of accessories for that zune (big travel case, 3 other cases, car charger, dock with TV connectors), so the total price for my Zune 30 + accessories came out to be $150. I also got a lot more valuable stuff there, but that's out of the topic. It was actually the first time I ever heard about Zune. I saw a good deal and got it. I liked it so much the next day I went to buy more but they were all sold out.
It's been a long time ago, and I used my Zune all the time, all the hiking and camping trips with portable speakers served very well. And still there's not even a scratch (thatnks to Zune design and all 3 cases), and battery life is still very good. I had to say good bye to it and gave it to a friend of mine, cause I really wanted a newer 120 version. So my new Zune 120 (originals with Cobra on back) cost me 294 with tax and shipping. It was ordered 2 weeks ago and still wasn't shipped, what a shame. But I'm really excited to get. Unfortunately I also found out (after I ordered new Zune) that all the cases and stuff from Zune 30 are not compatible with 2nd gen Zunes. So I had to give up most of the accessories to my friend, and that made him very happy. So that's my Zune life, and I don't regret buying it in the first place and spending $300 for the new one. |

I work at Target so I got mine from there with my 10% team member discount. Along with my 80GB Zune I purchased one of Target's three year extended warranty cards which kicks into effect after Microsoft's warranty expires.
All in all I paid somewhere around $250.00, which isn't bad considering I have a 4 year warranty. Last edited by amish0skater : 11-06-2008 at 04:22 PM. Reason: I had to edit something |
