Default New Premiums for me! Muhaha!


Kind of a repetitive thread lol. My premiums really are broken, but I saw soccer's post and I had to try it! They'll be here in a week or so and I just have to send mine in a collection box, sweet victory... What would they do if I didn't send my old one's back...

They wouldn't do anything.
Just be like I threw them away.

Chances are they will never send you a box to ship the other one back in. They told me the same thing but here I am almost two months later and still no return box. I don't think it's worth their effort honestly. I think it's more of a deterrent than anything else...

I need to probably get another pair of those from MS... but wait... my zune is outta warranty... so what should I do?

Do they keep track of how many times you ask for new headphones? Mine are still fine, but I am thinking about getting some spares.

I think they may, but I don't think the person your talking to is going to know that. Customer support has no idea what is going on which each individual they're talking to, after all they have to ask me if it's my first time calling every time... and they have no info on what has happened in the past unless I give them a call #.
