Video Help first person to help gets free family guy episode

i ripped my family guy dvd in mp4 and it shows up in the zune software fine and syncs without converting. but when i try to play it i get "the item is missing or can't be played." any ideas on what's going wrong?

reconvert it again.. and see will it still happen.. what kind of zune you using? zune 30 only supports wmv while zune 4/8/80 supports mp4 and wmv.

im using a zune 4...crap i gotta rip it again...took hours lol my comp sucks...but as promised you will get a family guy episode...would you like a zune compatible one or no?
