When will we see more accessories?

I'm tired of seeing so many speaker systems for the Ipod, but virtually NONE for the Zune!
I'd like a set of speakers with an alarm clock built in, but haven't been able to find any anywhere. The big Kicker system is nice, but I need the alarms clock & then also something small to use for the office.

Get with it Microsoft - make some partnerships with other companies so the Zune can be promoted a little better!

I completely agree. This is one area where the iPod is really kicking tail. ^That is one example of a Zune alarm clock, and I'm pretty sure it's the ONLY one out there. Plus, it has not even been released yet.

I am looking forward to picking up an alarm clock/dock for my Zune at some point here as well.

lol but ipod speakers have aux in so that works for zune also?

theres only about 3-5 speakers available for zune right now i guess

theres an old Altec Lansing speakerrs that are giant for Zune also lol but the one you listed, greg, its out and Altec Lansing has this speakers for iPod, Sandisk, and Zune as far as i know all of them are same look besides the dock lol

The iPod schools the Zune in accessories and software. I would've thought accessories would have picked up the pace by now, but I guess not. That iHome system for the Zune looks pretty cool. I wonder if it can be plugged into another system, like my stereo.

If the Zune sells nearly as many units as the iPod, then you'll see it catch up in accessories, as long as it only has a small percentage of the market, you won't see many accessories in comparison, there simply isn't enough demand for companies to invest in making that many.

I don't really see the need for a plethora of accessories. I mean the FM tuner, various speaker docks, and variety of cases are already avaiable. What more do you really need?

the zune is better than the ipod. it should have twenty times more accesories than the it does.
