Zune playing 2 songs at once?!?

So today I was sitting through one of our lectures of the Trig finals, and I got bored of hearing the same crap over and over so i pulled out my trusty little 8 gig and put it on shuffle

The song it shows was 'progress' by So Many Dynamos but along with it playing that song, i could also hear it playing 'blood sugar sex magik' by the red hot chili peppers.

I kind of sat there wondering wtf for a second so i hit pause and play and it only played the one song it said it was playing. I pulled up the song list and 'blood sugar sex magik' was like 80th something in the list....

so is this good or bad? lol

Probably just a random glitch, but I doubt it's anything serious. If it gets worse you could just reinstall the firmware and it would probably be fixed.

Exactly. One instance of a problem is never enough to make drastic decisions upon. If it does it again, I'd DEFINITELY re-install your firmware.

yeah it hasnt done it in the last 5 hours. I sat there for an hour or so just putting it on shuffle and it was normal, so if anything, hopefully, it was just a little glitch.

Just curious, do you have games loaded on the device? b/c I noticed a few strange things after I used games for a few days... not sure if it's related or not.

I do have 3 things under games

Zbreak
Zclock 1.5 (not the zuneboards one, sorry guys :P)
and Blackout

i did have some more on there but i never played them so they're off now

hmm... ok. Well w/e, chances are it wasn't related to zune games anyways, and if it's working fine now, all good.

lol. last summer i got dragged out to a party and there was all kinds of trippy **** and i had no clue what it was but this random guy have me this little packet (probably LSD) of stuff. I took it and about 2 hours later i swear there was this beaver following me around, but there wasnt really a beaver following me around. I eventually lost it and passed out but from what i heard the next day everyone found it pretty comical

the other day i swear i saw a komodo dragon run across the road. and my friend saw it too.... we wernt on anything but sugar and MEGA gulps from 7-11 haha so idk

This is a feature we call "multiplay"!
It's much more efficient this way.

. I hate them all. Anyway, if the Zune can play two audio files at once, which I thought impossible on anything that didn't have a strong processor, then maybe Microsoft can give us crossfade playback. I'd turn flips if they did...
